Close button on theme/skeleton changelog overlay should not return to top of page

Open the changelog overlay of a theme. Click anywhere in the dimmed area outside the overlay. Notice that the overlay simply closes and you are back where you were. Open the changelog overlay again. T

This is a great question and I think I've figured it out after wondering myself. I haven't checked the below with every theme or skeleton, but it seems to hold in general. For themes: The "CHANGELOG"
