    I want the collection to have items with the category blog or featured. If I have them on the same line, it only matches items with blog and featured.

    For the same taxonomy you should use: content: items: @taxonomy.category: [blog, featured]

    You have a routing issue. make sure your path is included in .htaccess RewriteBase

    I think that the "admin" folder doesn't exist on the webserver. This is normal. Have you done the install on a local server?
