  You will have to change those things in the twig templates for the theme. I can't tell you exactly which file, because it really depends on the theme you are using.

  I assume you are talking about antimatter? Just look at user/themes/antimatter/templates/modular/showcase.html.twig it's actually the first line! hint: colorize()

  I think the Bootstrap plugin already has support for enabling dropdowns. It should be a theme configuration setting.
