  Apache on windows has a known bug/issue with colons in the URL. https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41441 Any chance that a future version of Grav might use a different serperator? Best reg

  i get the error: "The YAML value does not appear to be valid UTF-8." i use Ä Ü and Ö. they don't seem to work properly.

  FYI, I have added the functionality to allow you to set your timezone explicitly, overriding the default on the server. It will be included in the next release.

  Ah yes publish time is based on your server time. We probably need to add a server time zone offset option there

  i found problem. it arise from publish time. my country hour location is ahead of default time location. so if i give previous time, i could publish. i i give current time, i could not publish
