    How do I pass in my blueprint to the the blueprints partial? I have a YAML file containing the form, but I am unsure how to pass it in.

    That's definitely a simpler process. 1) create a plugin that contains a blueprints/config/site.yaml file. This file should either replace the existing system/blueprints/config/site.yaml or extend it.
