OK, I re-uploaded the Old One again.... Then I went to user/system.yml and deleted everything there to Empty it... Then the Site & Admin loaded all well.... My Theme was the default Quark again...

Hello, Do you have any option to set a Summary of the Blog Item separate from the Blog Item itself?! I come from Drupal 7 & 8, there we have a separate box for summary, OR if empty, it is truncate
