404 errors on every page but home

I tested grav a month or so ago and I was building an ecommece website, it was working great but its been awhile and i don't remember what could cause these 404 errors.
I have mod_rewrite enabled and i have it setup on a local domain.

Please check for all the apache/php requirements.

Nothing fundamental has changed regarding those requirements or how the routing works, so sounds like something in your server setup.
