404 Page displaying PLUGIN_ERROR.ERROR_MESSAGE

On a fresh install of Grav Core + Admin Plugin, when i visit a page that doesn't exist, instead of getting the 404 error message defined in the included grav error plugin I'm seeing PLUGIN_ERROR.ERROR_MESSAGE displayed on the page.

Anyone else getting this on a fresh install/download or know of something i may be overlooking?

Nvm, was a dumb mistake on my part lol. translations was set to false in system.yaml. made it true and all is well.
