Admin - Hide or sort default tabs

Is it possible to hide or sort tabs for a page type? For example, we have our default tabs: Content, Options, Advanced, Hero. For modular pages, I am adding a new tab, but would like to hide the Hero tab and put the new tab next to the Content tab: http://d.pr/i/15pEb/3bcGJRVa

You can add your own tabs, (look at the blueprints/ folder in Antimatter theme), but you currently can't really reorder without completely copying the existing bluerprint and manually reordering them.
