I just created a collection of ansible playbooks for provisioning a server running Ubuntu 14.04 with Nginx, and PHP 7.0 for running Grav:

It will also spin up a vagrant box for local development, and also includes a collection of playbooks and a script for handling automated deployments.
When I say I "created", what I mean is that I ripped off the brilliant Trellis from Roots.io and adapted it to work with Grav. You should check their website for documentation.
I hope other find these useful. Feel free to send me pull requests if you find anything that needs improvement.
