on each page is the logo link back from work to home, except on the blog page. because the link does not work but remains on the same page. But both themes use the base.twig - the same on any other page. Any Ideas?
I'm not really following you in regard to Antimatter:

The Grav logo does link back to the homepage even on the blog page.
There does however appear to be an issue with the Deliver theme. I have added an issue to this theme, and also provided a link to Antimatter code that should be used:
