I am having trouble with cache not clearing. Simple text changes are not showing up. I have cleared browser cache, Grav cache via terminal, updated all plugins, updated the grav version to 0.9.19, cleared all cache again. I am running out of options. This is one of the issues I seem to keep having with this system and makes me hesitant to use it again. Any help is welcome.
Could this be a file permissions error on my server? Should my user files be set to a certain file perm?
