Change Language in Admin Panel?

Just installed admin 0.6.0
Wonder how to change language from en to de?

If you don't have multi-language enabled, you need to provide a list of supported languages in the system configuration

I don't mean language of the site. I mean language of admin panel.

Oh that is just set in the User profile. Just click on the user information, and at the bottom of that form is the language. Once changed it will be associated with that user.
