Content location for header and footer

Hello, I'm trying to configure the delivery theme but I cannot find the files which contain the text content which is used in the header at "home" and in the footer of all sub-pages.

In user/themes/deliver/scss/template/_footer.scss I can change the design.

I have checked user/themes/deliver/templates/modular/footer.html.twig that there are elements e.g “ site.contact.address ”

I can't find the place where the content is for e.g. “ site.contact.address ”

Do you understand what I try to say? Can anyone help?

I have found it in the file user/config/site.yaml with the command: grep -rli "search string" * The content is only available via file system, not via admin.
