Creation of a accordion with radio boxes

Hi,
I've tried to play around with the form to create an collapse/open feeling.
I would like to create four radio buttons, when you select one of them it foldes out and have a textarea or something inside it.

How is this possible?

I can build it easily through just plain html but can't seem to find a solution with markdown.

Can anyone help or maybe give me a hint in the right direction?
