Error 500 - internal server error

I've read every piece of information about this error on the internet but I haven't been able to properly install Grav.

I have tried uncommenting RewriteBase and changing the permissions, among other things but I can't get rid of the error 500 page. I am trying to install this on a reseller account from hostgator.

Please guide me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I have the same issue and have gone through the documentation without resolving this. I believe it has something to do with the .htaccess file and have managed to get php.info to display by commenting out Options -Indexes.
