Your talking wordpress with a 3rd party plugin at this point, so i'm of no help I'm afraid :(
I think the issue is related to the plugin header in the plugin main file. Am not really sure what the reason is, but sometimes you need to add or remove a blank line to make it work.
try to upload the plugin manually.
