Why is not every grav release until final stable automatically a beta release und available in admin if I set gpm releases to testing? So users could check/test newest commits.

A release is an actual process, not just a git commit. When we are ready we 'release' which kicks of builds etc. We periodically release special 'testing' releases of Grav when we have things that need to be tested, but if we released every release as testing first, it would really slow down the whole release process.
