In case you guys don't subscribe to the Grav blog (and you should!!!), you may of missed the latest blog post that goes step-by-step guide for creating a complete development environment with Vagrant.
This is a fantastic solution for those who are on Windows machines especially as you get all the benefits of running a unix environment without the hassle of actually dealing with it :)
It's also a great way for Mac and Linux developers too as it gets you a 100% reliable environment that you know is going to work with Grav, with no apache issues, php modules, or permissions issues.
