Hiding modular page name from onepage site menu

Is there a way to do this?

I tried leaving both the menu and title fields blank at the Front Matter, but then the folder's name (_foldername) is rendered on the nav bar.

In the modular page advanced settings disable Visible to remove the item from the menu.

Sorry, I should have said how to hide a given modular subpage from the page's nav bar...is it possible to do that as well?
