How to add privacy page on skeleton deliver site

Hi I am new to this cool Grav cms. Is any tutorial on how to add privacy policy page on skeleton deliver site? I try to read the docs but kind of confuse. Thanks in advance.

Instrutions on usage are on the github page. I've never tried it though.
