How to change Gantry logo?

Newbie here. I've installed Grav with the Grantry Helium skeleton plugin, everything up to date. How do I change the logo?

I've gone to "Admin >> Gantry5 >> Layout >> Logo" and uploaded a png image ">> Apply and Save" but nothing is changing on the public side.
