I know that it will be easy to do or will be posted already, but I just don't know how to install the blog skeleton into my web.. Thanks for the help.

It's basically as simple as downloading the blog skeleton ZIP file and extracting the entire folder on your site. It is self-contained and has everything you need: Grav, content, plugins, theme. No installation needed, just unzip, and point your browser at it.
