Internal Sever Errors while using Admin Plugin

I've got a new Grav install with the Admin Plugin installed. I frequently get an internal server error message. When I check the grav.log file, it shows a "grav.CRITICAL: Module 'geoip' already loaded" at the same time as the Admin Plugin message.

I've tried this https://learn.getgrav.org/troubleshooting/internal-server-error#admin-panel-navigation but the error still shows. Any ideas?

Geoip looks like a php extension installed on your server, not something required by Grav, try removing it from your php.ini to see if that is the cause of the issue.
