is there anyway to have certain menu items show on desktop and hide on mobile and vise versa in deliver?

No. It needs to be coded. Do you need to hide certain menu items on mobile or tablet views as well ?
the problem I'm running it to is that i am using an iframe in the website but the website the iframe is displaying does not resize correctly in mobile view. so if i can create a menu item that uses this iframe in desktop mode only but when it is in mobile mode it will use the mobile menu item to go directly to the website which it will display correctly. i know using css and html coding i was able to do it in my other website. but I'm extremely new to this. I also appreciate the help.
