Modular page / subpages ordering in admin panel

How do you get admin panel to obey the custom modular page order? Works on frontend but in admin panel all subpages are in some random order..

I'm not sure if this works for your situation, but if you want the children of a page to follow the order defined in the frontmatter (collection), you can go to the Advanced tab for that page and – at the very bottom – try ticking Children Display Order (Ordered by Collection definiton). Adding the following to the frontmatter achieves the same:

admin:
    children_display_order: collection

hi @adrian5, doesn't work :/ tried adding t modular.md but to no avail...also tried via admin panel again nothing.
