Multisite Subdomain Issues

I'm using DigitalOcean + Serverpilot for Grav and trying to get multisite - subdomains up.

I've copied Setup.php to the root folder, and pasted the setup_subdomains snippet to the bottom of the post. I've tried setting up the wildcard on both serverpilot and digitalocean but it just shows the main domain's page. Is there something I am missing here?

I've decided to create the subdomain multisite on the serverpoint level instead of within one Grav installation.

Make sure it's called setup.php, not Setup.php, in case the filesystem is case sensitive.
