Override /user/plugins/error/languages.yaml and any other global content

I am building custom theme and I am still learning how to override simple global settings. Right now I am trying to override in my theme error messages from /user/plugins/error/languages.yaml file.

There is no point for me to modify the original file as it will all be removed once I update the Grav.
