Hello, I have Grav running using the antimatter theme. When you have a blog on the right side there is a sidebar. I changed the text, but I would like to include a small PHP script in there. How can I do this?

You can't put PHP script in to Twig . This is for security reasons. What are you trying to do with the PHP?
