Private server 'cag_p' missing

guys i need help about making a private server, I have followed the ways of manufacture such as making text "CAGGameServer-Win32-Shippingcag_p?steamsockets?Port=7785?PeerPort=77­ 86?QueryPort=27019?MaxPlayers=64?allowpv­p=0?ServerName="YOUR SERVER "-seekfreeloadingserver", but when I clicked on the left appears message "The folder specified on the dommandline 'cag_p' could not be found. Would you like to load the default folder instead? when I proceed ok on when trying to connect to my server, dark screen as there is no map of it. please help
