Registration error

Hi, I have installed the login plugin, the login part works fine. But when i go to the Registration page it only shows the markdown title: Register but it does not load the form i hope somebody can help me I have added images for more clearity 36a46430f282b8ed01e63e93e9f85b61 Fcdbe7d9a23ae52fc3022f685177660c

I saw this issue reported a couple days ago (https://github.com/getgrav/grav-plugin-login/pull/97).
Going to be fixed in the next Login and Form plugins release, coming in the next few days.
