Hi,

is it possible to rename the default.md? I have many pages and in every folder there is a default.md. By editing in my text editor i have 10 tabs open with the name of default.md. It is very difficult to work, because i don't know which tab contains my file i want to edit

The names of Markdown-files match the names of templates, so default.md corresponds with default.html.twig, and thus the naming is necessary. I would suggest a different editor like VSCode or Sublime, but they don't always shorten folder-names all that elegantly. However, they do have very elegant sidebars which show which file you are editing within the folder-structure, and allows easy navigation between them.

Though, as each page has FrontMatter at the top which declares the title, that is also a way to differentiate them.
