Hi guys,

I got this message when i launched Grav for the first time

Well that's a bit confusing, because it looks like a straight up permissions issue. However, you are running on windows so shouldn't have any permissions issues for the webserver creating the file.

I don't know enough about windows limitiations (of which there are many), but is it possible to try UniformServer instead of Wamp as I've tested that and it worked well.
