What's the problem?

After setup:
PHP Curl (Data Transfer Library) is not installed Х
PHP OpenSSL (Secure Sockets Library) is not installed Х

Well, sounds like you don't have those PHP modules installed or enabled. I can't really help you troubleshoot further with more information about what your setup is. But if your on windows running WAMP or something, then you probably need to enable them in the config and restart Apache.

Using EasyPHP Devserver 16.1
I can choose run PHP 7.0.2 or PHP 5.6.17 here
But can't do anything with moduls
