Deploy Grav to Azure using Azure DevOps

Continuing my journey with Grav on Azure, I've started to deploy my code with the user of Azure DevOps to try and get a continuous deployment feel going.

I've been lurking at Azure devops. I'm nicely surprised how Microsoft turned around the past few years. Their new CEO is definitely doing something right.
