Disable Cache on grav

I am using Openlitesspeed Web Server which is having caching so I wanted to disable caching at GRAV level.

Is this possible?? Please guide the steps and the option to do it.

If someone using AWS cloudfront or Cloudflare or inbuild cache like litespeed etc ... Will GRAV cache disble will create problem?

Any impact on internal fuctionality of grav crm?

What about cookies ? Can we also disable it?

After disabling session, website stop working.

You must not disable Cookies and Sessions, they are vital.
