How to set permissions in custom config section

Hey everyone,

I added a custom config section following this recipe from the docs.

I didn't build a plugin, but instead to the simplest approach to simply put the blueprint in a file: user/blueprints/config/details.yaml

Everything is working fine, but non super admin users can't see it.

How can I set or remove permissions regarding a custom config section?
