Improve the design of the comments

I'm using the comments plugin but the design is not that good. Quite crowded as you can see here:

Any easy way to improve the comments section?

I guess you will need to edit HTML and CSS in the plugin files. At first sight I guess it's "/user/plugins/comments/templates/partials/comments.html.twig"

To me that sounds to be an easy way (doesn't mean fast) since I am a front-end developer, but obliviously you need to master HTML and CSS.
