Uninstall Skeleton Files?

I installed the theme and skeleton for Gantry Helium to get a good idea of how it worked and what it could do.

Now I'm ready to remove the skeleton files and create my real pages.

What is the suggested method to remove a skeleton?

I have not tried this skeleton myself. If it is simply a theme demo skeleton (as I think it would be), you should start with a fresh install of Grav, then install the Helium theme, and create pages from there.

Or you can simply delete the skeleton's pages and replace them with your own, and change the global site information too.

I know there are other possible answers.
