Hey, Guys, How can I upgrade the pure css version of antimatter theme?

As long as you have created a new theme from Antimatter (see docs on customizing themes),so you don't overwrite your changes with updates, you should be able to simple copy the new pure CSS files into the css/ folder and ensure the references in the partials/base.html.twig are correct.
