Local Raspberry with LEMP -page is not redirecting properly

I've DLed Grav and attempted to install it on my Pi, running Nginx and PHP 7.3.
But it keeps giving
The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
I attempted to then install it remotely with Softaculous, on a website I have, (running Apache) and this was a success.
But I'd much rather develop stuff locally instead of FTPing changes and passwords, etc....
So what's wrong with my 192.168....../grav that gives the above error?
I have plenty of other websites on it.
