Form plugin 5.0.3 submit issues

Hi guys, i'm using grav 1.6 and form plugin 2.15.1 everything works fine to me. But after update version to grav 1.7.17 and form plugin 5.0.3. I catch the issue the form will auto redirect to validation failed when i submit the form without fill it

@bjproqn96, Before upgrading to 1.7, did you have a look at the Upgrade to 1.7 docs.

There are some breaking issues when upgrading to 1.7, which mostly should be mitigated when upgrading using bin/gpm.

i'm upgrading to grav 1.7.17 via admin plugin on admin page, after that i'm upgrading to grav 1.7.18 using bin/gpm
