Grav & ActivityPub

Hi,

I'm planning to make a personal art/tech portfolio/journal based on Grav. my main priority is to have a folder structure of works, projects, journals, and knowledge base on the file system that is by itself browseable as an archive even if the server/php goes down.

i have found some ideas/plugins for RSS feeds, I'm wondering if anyone has done anything in terms of ActivityPub support, so that the blog/journal portion of the site would function as a feed for fediverse, similarly to Plume blog framework.

Has anyone looked into it yet?

I'm starting now looking into something (maybe) similar
my main goal is to create a system to aggregate in one blog/grav posts coming from other blogs/gravs - if it works with activitypub, it should be possible to aggregate also content from the fediverse, and vice-versa.

The wordpress plugin for activitypub seems to have some traction. Curious if anybody is currently considering such a plugin for grav. With the emergence of bluesky/atproto there might be an opportunity to have just one solution for integrating with these new decentralized social media?

Reviving this in case anyone still has notifications on --- there's now a Grav plugin that does the broadcast side of ActivityPub: WebFinger, Actor, NodeInfo, accepts inbound Follow / Undo Follow, and pushes a Create activity when a blog post is saved. Federation works against Mastodon and GoToSocial in real round-trips.

It's v0.1.0 and pretty narrow on purpose --- no Update / Delete yet, no surfacing of incoming likes or boosts, single actor only. I built it for exactly one site (my partner's counseling blog) so I don't want to oversell it.
