Add catgory to menu

Hi, I'm new here. I have installed Grav with the receptar skeleton. Now i would like to add a part in the menu that shows tags from a certain category that are clickable. a click leads to a page with all posts from that specific tag. Is this possible an if so, how can I achieve this? thanks
