Contact form in Typhoon Premium

Hello,

I need help making an contact form in the Typhoon Premium theme!
I tried to add an contact form in the Typhoon theme, but it is not showing.

I have read the documentation I could find about the theme, but it is difficult, can somebody help?

When I use the example from chapter 6, then in the frontmatter there is "null" behind the form.

And when I make a modular page with a child page (form) then is it not possible to show the contact form. Is there somebody on this forum with a user guide or something like that, what tells me step by step how to create the form.
