Please keep in mind that plugin issues are not a problem with Grav CMS itself. If you look at your Comments plugin's blueprint page, that is click on its name on your installed Plugins page, you will see links to its GitHub development pages. One specifically is a Bug Tracker. You can report your issue there and maybe even find clues as to what's going on if someone else already reported a similar or the same issue.

Just pointing out this resource for you:

Comments Plugin Bug Tracker

When I looked at it, I saw someone else had said the plugin didn't work. And sometimes reading through a plugin's GitHub issues page helps me solve my problems.

Didn't mean to offend you, but my post was genuine and would have been a help to me if someone else had pointed out the issues page as a resource if it was suspected that I may not have known to look there.
