Grav CMS Video Tutorial Channels?

Are there any good video channels with tutorials on how to learn and use Grav Content Management System?

Also, has anybody converted the documentation into a .pdf or .epub book format to support offline viewing/learning

I've just been looking and there doesn't seem to be a lot.

There is a 40min video ironically called "Setup Grav in 5 mins" but I haven't bothered to watch it. I'd be interested in other suggestions.
