We started testing grav for our documentation and we purchased the Helios package, however there is a series of issues which I’m unsure if they are bugs or a misconfiguration on our side.
To test we took the skeleton files of official’s grav documentation. Visually looks exactly the same but there are certain strange visual issues like the following:
- The Helios sidebar is loading properly on the main page, and while navigating to other articles keeps working as should, however at the time of refreshing the page of any article, the sidebar simply vanishes. To make sure is clear, it’s like anyone trying to access to this link could load the content but sidebar is gone.

Same content has the sidebar loading but only while browsing from the main page, not from the direct link. Any clue about the specific reason or why to resolve this? We have this issue since the time we installed Helios template and created the 1st article.
