Next version of Grav?

When is expected the next version of Grav ?
It should be the 1.70 according to the Grav homepage : do you know what the new functions will be compared to the current 1.68 ?

That is 1.7.0 and 1.6.28. It has been expected soon for quite some time, but hopefully by the end of the year. There are a lot of changes, see https://github.com/getgrav/grav/blob/1.7/UPGRADE-1.7.md for an overview.

Interesting, but there is still no possibility to use CKeditor which is (IMO) far better than TinyMCE.
This is the reason for which I have swithc from Grav to another CMS, until it becomes possible to use CKeditor.
By the way: do you know if it is possible to use the CKeditor plugin with Grav ? I have never succeed to install it ...

Yes, there are at least two plugins that facilitate using CKeditor: https://github.com/weknowinc/grav-plugin-ckeditor and https://github.com/ricardo118/grav-plugin-ckeditor5. I haven't tested either recently, but they have worked in the past.

If there are any issues installing and using them, you should submit an issue-report to their respective repositories.

Hi @nounours18200, there will likely be big news related to official Grav CKEditor5 support soon(ish) with Grav Premium… maybe even in just a few weeks at https://getgrav.org/ 🎉
