Plugins or Themes wont download

Hi, i have some problem right after GRAV install.
This is regarding installing any theme or plugin from admin panel.
When i hit install button on any plugin/theme i got this error:

"error while trying to download (code: 0)
http://getgrav.org/...
Message URL using bad/illegal format or missing url"

i tried to goole this but found ony two things changing php 7.4 to older(i haved tried 7.3 didnt help) and change remote fetch mettod in grav configuration which also didnt help.

Try to change in: system --> advanced --> remote fetch method --> to "FOPEN" button.

I did that change and after that, all plugins and themes works. Maybe after that change, you must click on "clear cache" button in Dashboard page.
